You can be the most prepared person in the world and still things go wrong in the virtual world. How do you react? How do you stay composed so that you can troubleshoot under pressure? My moment of things going wrong on a virtual event came when I was overly prepared for the camera. You can’t prepare for that fluke thing, but you can troubleshoot, flush it and move forward.
